Today, 14/2/11, I started to blog.
Because of a dear friend who said, "please visit my blog and post some comments - so that it won't be so lonely and forlorn."
So I visited his blog and posted a comment.
Ah, then came the attached strings.
To comment you have to sign in to your google account.
And then came the persuasion to create your own blog.
How tempting!
And no reason not to. It's free!
Only problem is I may not have the time to spend blogging.
Never mind, just do it. Nothing to lose but my - time!
Time will come when I have to quit my job or retire (i.e forced to quit by law!)
Then blogging will be something to look forward to??!!
Anyway, whatever will be, will be. (Also known as fatalism.)
That's what my professor friend said not long ago.
And to end with a quote I came across today by Toni Cade Bambara (whoever he is or was):
"It's a dismally lonely business, writing."
